The Kimball Camp YMCA Community provides our Staff with an environment rich in training, personal development and leadership opportunities. Life skills are developed as a staff member, skills which are easily applied to almost any area of academic or professional interest. There is an exciting intensity to being involved in the creation, support and motivation of a staff community which is committed to positive, active, experiential opportunities for children and adults.
At Kimball Camp YMCA., it's more than just a job, and our employees leave with more than just a paycheck:
• American Red Cross Certifications in:
- AED - CPR and/or CPR for the Professional Rescuer - First Aid - Head Lifeguard - Lifeguard (w/ Waterfront Module)
• Conflict Resolution Training • Ropes Course Certification (Climbing Tower, Low Ropes, High Ropes) • Teamwork and Teambuilding Skills
Our staff also take away the knowledge that they have been able to have a positive impact on the lives of our campers. We would like to invite you to come be a part of the exciting ministry here at Kimball Camp YMCA
